Business AED Laws

With the loss of over 350,000 Americans each year due to the Sudden Cardiac Arrest, some states are creating laws that will require the placement of AEDs in businesses. To increase the survival rate of Sudden Cardiac Arrest an AED must be present and be ready to use.  AEDs are the only weapon used to combat Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  Below are the current AED laws in effect for businesses to have AEDs present:

Oregon - Senate Bill 1006 - Effective 01/01/2010

Our goal at AED-SHOP.com is to educate the public about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and how AEDs increase the survival rate. In need of an AED for your organization, CPR training for your staff, or AED replacement accessories?  Contact us today with your questions or concerns at 877-251-7467 or customerservice@aed-shop.com.
